We are so thrilled to have donated $40,000 toward the Five Million Dollar Campaign for the CIBC Breast Assessment being planned for Juravinski Hospital! The campaign is underway - over half way there to make this happen. This Centre will revolutionize screening and diagnosis for women at high risk or with a breast abnormality. Designed to be the most comprehensive and advanced assessment centre in the region, the Centre will provide support to women in Brant, Burlington, Haldimand, Hamilton, Niagara and Norfolk.
The Joelle’s and Jeff’s Guyshop Fashion Show Fundraiser for the CIBC Breast Assessment Centre at Juravinski Hospital was held at the Royal Botanical Gardens on Monday, June 6. Many thanks to the sponsors – Whalesongs Intelligent Communication, SONY (Rio-Can Centre, Oakville), The Body Shop, Desigual, Boehringer Ingleheim, Leggat Auto Group, MacDowell Insurance Brokers Limited, Throat Threads Apparel, Dr. Christopher and Bev Wojcicki as well as to Vogue Models and Talent Burlington, SNÖ of Sweden, Burlington Professional Firefighter’s Association, glamjulz, Foxy Originals, Brave Beltworks, Jackson Triggs, Eurostyle Flower Market, and Gunther Mele. With the help of the Joelle’s and Jeff’s Guyshop staff and numerous volunteers, the event was a huge success.
